Quick Hollandaise Sauce to serve with chicken or salmon

AGA Sauce Pot with Lid


This is a simple Hollandaise sauce, that can be created in minutes.

Use this sauce to serve with poached or roasted Chicken or Salmon, and you have created a feast with very little effort.

The recipe is as follows


200g tub creme Fraiche

1/2 lemon juiced

2 egg yolks

1 dessert spoon white wine vinegar

50g butter – softened


chopped tarragon if you have it

Please all the ingredients except the butter into the AGA saucepot and heat on the simmering plate, whisk until combined

Remove from the heat and season

Whisk in the butter and if using, add the chopped tarragon – Serve and enjoy
