Delivery

We currently offer the following options for deliveries to the UK Mainland:

  • Free delivery for orders over £65
  • Lightweight Items  3 to 5 working days £2.50*
  • Standard Service – 3 to 5 working days  £4.95
  • Next Day Service – available Monday to Friday £7.95. This courier service is available on orders placed before 12 noon. For orders placed on Friday before 12 noon order will be delivered on Monday. If order placed on Friday after 12 noon the order will not be dispatched until Monday and delivered Tuesday. Service unavailable on Bank Holidays.
  • Delivery to Ireland – £15.00
  • Delivery to other UK offshore Isles – £20

* Applies to orders of certain lightweight products (for example tea towels) only. Orders which include non-lightweight items will incur the Standard Service rate, as above.

On the occasion that items are out of stock we will call you back and advise on an expected delivery date or recommend alternative in stock products.

Returns

We always aim to provide our customers with excellent products and customer service. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and wish to return any item please inform us by email on sales@bettytwyford.com within 14 working days of receiving your order.

If an item is faulty please contact us by email or telephone (01568) 618 808 within 48 hours*.

When returning products please complete the Product Returns Form enclosed with your order stating the reason for return and whether a replacement, exchange, credit note or refund is required. In the case of faulty goods we reserve the right to replace them.

Returned items should be unused and arrive in their original packaging and we suggest that you obtain proof of posting as we are unable to process any returns not received.

*Please note that delivery costs cannot be refunded except in the case of faulty goods.
