The ultimate in retro kitchen furniture this blue colourful kitchen cabinet is sure to thrill and delight. Ideal for kitchen use but also perfect around the house as a storage solution or craft workstation this vintage inspired free standing kitchen cabinet makes a retro style statement in Blue. Here at Betty Twyford we commissioned Harrison & Pope to re-invent the original Hoosier cupboard. The idea of rejuvenating the original all singing all dancing 1950’s pantry cabinet was formulated with this in mind, leading to a fresh modern approach to the original concept. The post war years of austerity meant materials were often of poor quality, a combination of hardwood and plywood, often only pinned together. Harrison & Pope set to change this using quality materials and their fine cabinetry skills together with a luxury hand painted finish. The work surface, made of charcoal grey Formica in the original 1950's boomerang design, compliments the retro feel of this piece.
The Betty Twyford Retro Kitchen Cabinet was born and continues to provide an exciting kitchen storage and workstation option that is both functional and beautiful, perfect for any home.
