Our standard delivery charge is from £2.95 - £5.95 for Mainland U.K. for orders up to the value of £50 and free of charge for orders with a value of over £50.
Our delivery charge for U.K. offshore and Ireland is £15.00 for all orders. We can quote to ship internationally if the order is placed by telephone 01568 611124 or email sales@bettytwyford.com

We aim to despatch goods within 7 days of your order where items are currently in stock. If you wish to check stock availability don’t hesitate to call us on 01568 611124 or email sales@bettytwyford.com and we will be happy to advise you.
On the occasion that items are out of stock we will call you back and advise on an expected delivery date or recommend alternative in stock products.

Returns

We have every confidence in our products; however if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days, in its original condition, for a full refund or replacement. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours and we will be happy to replace them.
